First of all, before the equipment starts to work, the operator should fully check its working environment, including whether all its components and devices are normal. If any abnormal situation is found, it must be handled in time, only after the equipment of the asphalt mixing plant is repaired, can it work.

Second, all operations must be performed in accordance with the correct requirements, and the order of operations cannot be changed at will. After starting the machine, the staff should pay attention to observe the running status of each component to see if they can cooperate well. After starting production, they should check with the mixer that is sufficient to observe whether the asphalt mixing plant works abnormally and whether the components coordinate with each other.

Then, in the production process, not only must the equipment be in good operating condition, but also the staff must be equipped with relevant testing equipment to detect the moisture content of the material and the condition of the fuel, and record the relevant data for the operator. Adjust the operation in time to make the asphalt mixing plant equipment in good condition.

When the production work is over, it should still be carried out in the correct sequence of operations. First, end the feeding work, then close the burner, wash the agitator with hot fines, and drain the hot material in the drying drum and agitator. When the temperature of the drying drum is between 45 and 500 degrees, turn off the drying drum, blower and dust removal system immediately, and do not forget to cut off the main power supply of the operation room of the asphalt mixing plant.

It should be noted that if the dust removal equipment of the asphalt mixing plant uses a wet dust collector, in order to prevent damage to the equipment, a neutralizer should be added to the water, and the circulation water should be replaced.
