3. Design capacity

4. Working cycle

The productivity of asphalt mixing equipment is determined by the capacity of the mixing tank and the working cycle. The working cycle refers to the time difference from the discharge of the mixing tank to the next discharge. Under standard working conditions, it is generally 45s. But for continuous, there is no duty cycle.

5. Productivity

Yield refers to the production capacity of asphalt mixing plant per hour under standard working conditions. For batch asphalt mixing plant, the production capacity of the equipment is calibrated with the rated productivity. For example: the rated productivity of the 1000 model is 120t/h; the rated productivity of the 2000 model is 160t/h; the rated production of the 3000 model

The rate is 240t/h; the rated productivity of the 4000 model is 320t/h.

6. Installed power

The installed power refers to the sum of the rated power of all electrical equipment of a set of asphalt mixing plant.

7. Fuel consumption

Fuel consumption refers to the weight of fuel consumed by the burner on the drying drum to produce 1 ton of qualified finished materials.

8. Emission index

Asphalt mixing plant has two environmental protection indicators. -Is the pollutant emission concentration, and the other is the pollutant emission blackness. According to national standards, the smoke emission concentration of asphalt mixing plant is <100mg/Ni, and the smoke emission blackness is not more than Ringerman degree I.

9. Measurement accuracy

Asphalt mixture is designed strictly according to the ratio of aggregate, asphalt, ore powder, and additives. Therefore, the control of the measurement accuracy of aggregate, asphalt, ore powder, and additives is the guarantee of the quality of the asphalt mixture. According to national standards, the measurement accuracy of asphalt mixing plant is divided into static and dynamic measurement accuracy. No matter what type of asphalt plant, the measurement accuracy should be consistent.
