1. Before starting the equipment, observe whether there is oil leakage and whether each valve is open and closed normally.

2. Heat the burner. When the air pressure is normal, turn on the power take-off, the display power supply, and the inverter, and observe whether the heat conduction oil valve is opened correctly and the pressure is normal, then ignite, and check whether the burner is burning normally after ignition.

3. When filling oil and plowing asphalt into the car, first observe whether the valve is closed properly to avoid oil leakage. When filling oil, observe whether there is any oil leakage at the connection.

4. The asphalt pump should be heated before spraying. When the temperature is high enough, open the asphalt valve to allow the asphalt to circulate. When the spraying rack is hot, open the spraying rack and fix it.

1. Before spraying, observe whether the various procedures are normal, mainly in terms of vehicle speed, pump speed and settings.

2. Test spray, open one or several nozzles to see if oil is coming out. If there is no oil coming out when spraying starts, stop immediately.

3. At the beginning of spraying, always pay attention to the spraying situation on the road to see if there are nozzles that are not spraying, whether there are obstacles and places where nozzles need to be added or subtracted.

4. At the end of spraying, close the spraying rack immediately, and then quickly purge the asphalt in the pipeline and purge the nozzles.

5. After the purge is completed, fix the spray frame, close the oil inlet and outlet valves, then turn off the air, power off, and power off the display. Cover the chimney cover. If it rains, cover the power distribution cabinet.

6. After going home, check whether the equipment is loose and leaking.
