The operation of asphalt mixing plant will be affected by many factors. For example, a common problem in the construction of equipment is the output. The unstable output or low efficiency of asphalt mixing plant may be due to the following reasons.

1. Unreasonable raw material ratio. Raw materials are the basis of production. If the ratio of raw materials is unreasonable, it will affect the subsequent project construction and reduce the construction quality. The target mix proportion is to control the proportion of cold aggregate transportation, which should be adjusted in combination with the actual situation during production. If any problem is found in the mix, reasonable adjustment shall be made to the output of the asphalt mixing plant.

2. Insufficient fuel combustion value. For construction quality, the quality of combustion oil shall be selected and used according to the specified standards. Otherwise, if general diesel, heavy diesel or heavy oil is selected for cheap, the heating capacity of the drying drum will be seriously affected, resulting in low output of the asphalt mixing plant.

3. The discharge temperature is uneven. As we all know, the discharge temperature will have an important impact on the use quality of materials. If the temperature is too high or too low, these materials will not be used normally and become waste, which will not only seriously waste the production cost of asphalt mixing plant, but also affect its production output.
