How to maintain the burner of asphalt mixing plant?

(1) The pressure regulating valve regularly checks the fuel pressure regulating valve or pressure reducing valve to determine whether the surface of the locknut on the adjustable bolt is clean and removable. If the screw or nut surface is too dirty or rusty, repair or replace the regulating valve.
(2) The oil pump shall regularly check the oil pump to determine whether the sealing device is intact and whether the internal pressure is stable, and replace the sealing device with damage or leakage. When using hot oil, check whether all oil pipes are well insulated.
(3) The filter installed between the oil tank and the oil pump must be cleaned regularly and checked for excessive wear, so as to ensure the smooth arrival of fuel from the oil tank to the oil pump and reduce the possibility of potential component failure. The "Y" type filter on the burner shall be cleaned frequently, especially when heavy oil or residual oil is used, so as to prevent the fuel injection nozzle and valve from being blocked. During operation, check the pressure gauge on the burner to see if it is within the normal range.
(4) For burners requiring compressed air, check the pressure device to see if the required pressure is generated in the burner, clean all filters on the supply pipeline and check whether there is leakage in the pipeline.
(5) Check whether the inlet protection device on the combustion and atomization air blower is installed correctly, and whether the fan housing is free of damage and leakage. Observe the operation of the blade. When the noise is too loud or vibration, adjust the blade to eliminate it. For the blower driven by belt pulley, regularly lubricate the bearing and tighten the belt to ensure that the blower can produce rated pressure. Clean and lubricate the connection of air valve to see whether the operation is smooth. Replace accessories in case of obstacle. Determine whether the air pressure meets the working requirements. Too low air pressure will cause tempering, resulting in overheating of the guide plate at the front end of the drum and the material transfer plate in the combustion area. Too high air pressure will cause excessive current, too high bag temperature and even scorch.
(6) The fuel injection nozzle shall be cleaned regularly and the spark gap of ignition electrode shall be checked (about 3mm).
(7) Often clean the flame detector (electric eye) to determine whether the position is installed correctly, whether the temperature is appropriate, whether the position is incorrect and the temperature is too high will cause the photoelectric signal to be unstable and even cut off the fire.
