Asphalt is a liquid that solidifies easily. If the asphalt is not cleaned in time, it is easy to solidify in the tank or pipeline, resulting in internal blockage and affecting the use of vehicles. Therefore, the cleaning work must be done in place. And clean it.
1. Open the asphalt cover, take out the filter and wash it in diesel oil.
2. Check and close all asphalt valves and air valves.
3. Close the main air supply valve and turn off the power switches of the front and rear consoles.
4. Close the left and right rear nozzles and ensure that the hook is firmly hung.
5. Clean the stone chips left in the stone gate, paving roller and other places.
6. Collect the stone separator and the lower slider, lift the lower slider to a higher position and fix it.
