(1) Intermittent asphalt mixing plant
The mixing equipment must be a batch mixer capable of batching batches according to the amount (by mass), and equipped with a temperature detection system and a finished product storage silo for heat preservation.
1) Various sensors (temperature, metering) and time relays must be calibrated regularly, with a cycle not less than once a year, and should be calibrated in time if necessary.
2) The number of cold silos should not be less than 5, and the cold silos should be equipped with rain-proof sheds to avoid dust and prevent the aggregates in the cold silos from raining, so as to ensure the stable quality of the asphalt mixture during mixing.
3) Additives such as cement or slaked lime and anti-stripping agent should be specially irrigated and equipped with automatic metering equipment.
4) Computers and printing equipment must be equipped, and various parameters such as the amount of material measured by each sensor, the mixing amount of asphalt mixture, and the mixing temperature can be printed in time during the mixing process.
5) The mineral powder bin of the mixer should be equipped with an arch breaking device to prevent arching. The mixer must have a secondary dust removal device, the specifications of the vibrating screen should match the specifications of the ore material, and the maximum sieve hole should be slightly larger than the maximum particle size of the mixture. During construction, it is necessary to check whether the screen mesh is damaged or blocked every day.
6) The clapboard of the cold silo hopper of the mixer should be properly heightened (the structure of the heightened part is made of steel plate and reinforced) to avoid the phenomenon of bunching of aggregates of different specifications.
(2) Transportation equipment
1) Large-tonnage transport vehicles are used for transportation. A special high-temperature detection hole should be set in the middle of the side of the material transporter, and the hole is about 30cm away from the bottom of the carriage.
2) A baffle should be added at the rear of the material transporter so that it does not contact the paver floor after being lifted and can effectively prevent the leakage of the mixture.
3) The truck should be equipped with tarpaulin covering facilities, and there are hooks on the outside of the carriage to ensure that it will not blow up during transportation. During the unloading process, the tarpaulin has been covered until the end of unloading.
(3) Paving equipment
1) The paver should be equipped with a reverse screw in the parts that are easy to segregate
2) When the paver is damaged by the rubber baffle of the hopper, it should be replaced in time, and high-strength heat-resistant rubber baffle should be used;
3) A flexible baffle is added under the front baffle of the paver auger to prevent vertical segregation.
4) The paver is equipped with a transition blade at the end of the auger
5) In order to strengthen the management of the production process, the paver should be equipped with a real-time data transmission system (to obtain information such as paving speed, mixture paving temperature, etc.) and a paving site monitoring system according to the requirements of "integration of management and control".
(4) Rolling equipment
1) The double-drum road roller should be equipped with a speed limiting device at the gear position to control the rolling speed.
2) The rubber wheel roller should be equipped with a speed limiting device at the foot accelerator position to control the rolling speed.
3) In order to strengthen the management of the production process, the road roller is prepared to install a real-time data transmission system (to obtain parameter information such as rolling speed, positioning, etc.), as well as a paving site monitoring system.
