1. The pressure difference in the bag is very high but its dust removal ability is very low.
(1) Hydrocarbon pollutants remaining in the bag. The source of the polluted bag does not need to be determined at the first time, and the most likely influencing factor is the fuel problem. If the fuel in the bag is oil, various problems are prone to occur, especially for heavy oil or waste oil. It is said that the viscosity of the oil often increases because the combustion temperature is too low, and eventually the fuel cannot be fully burned, thereby polluting the bag, causing a series of problems such as blockage and deterioration, affecting the service life of the bag. It is beneficial to improve the working efficiency of the bag filter.
(2) The cleaning strength of the cloth bag is not enough. In ordinary dust removal work, the bag of the dust collector should be cleaned frequently to prevent the pressure difference from rising due to insufficient cleaning of the bag. For example, in the initial setting, the normal pulse duration is 0.25s, and the normal pulse The interval is 15s, and the normal air pressure should be controlled between 0.5 and 0.6Mpa, and the three different pulse intervals set by the new system are 10s, 15s or 20s. However, because the cleaning of the bag is not in place, it will directly affect the pressure and cycle of the pulse, which will lead to the wear of the bag, shorten the service life of the bag filter, affect the normal production of asphalt mixture, and reduce the efficiency and level of road construction.
2. Dust emission will occur during the cleaning process of the pulse in the bag.
(1) Excessive cleaning of the bag pulse. Due to excessive cleaning of the dust on the bag pulse, the dust block on the surface of the bag is not easy to form, which affects the normal operation of the bag pulse, causes the pressure difference of the bag to fluctuate, and reduces the service life of the bag filter, which should be moderately reduced. The cleaning of the bag pulse ensures that the pressure difference is stable between 747 and 1245Pa.
(2) The replacement of the cloth bag is not timely and the aging is serious. The service life of the bag is limited, and there may be problems with the use of the bag due to various reasons, which affect the normal operation of the bag filter, such as excessive temperature, chemical corrosion, and wear of the bag. The aging of the bag will directly affect the efficiency and quality of the treatment of the discharge. Therefore, the bag must be checked regularly, and the aging bag must be replaced in time, so as to ensure the normal production of the bag filter and improve its work quality.
3. The corrosion condition of the cloth bag.
(1) Chemical corrosion, such as sulfur in fuel, often occurs during the operation of the bag filter. If the concentration of sulfur is too high, it will easily corrode the bag of the dust collector, resulting in the rapid aging of the bag, thereby reducing the service life of the bag filter. Therefore, it is necessary to control the temperature of the bag filter to effectively avoid the condensation of moisture, because sulfur dioxide and condensed moisture generated during the combustion of the fuel will form sulfuric acid, resulting in an increase in the concentration of sulfuric acid in the fuel. At the same time, fuels containing low concentrations of sulfur can also be used directly.
(2) The temperature of the bag filter is too low. Because the bag filter will easily condense moisture when the temperature is too low, and the formed moisture will cause the parts in the bag filter to rust, resulting in rapid aging of the filter. At the same time, it remains in the bag filter. The chemical corrosion components of the dust will become more intense due to the condensed moisture, which will greatly damage the components of the bag filter and reduce the service life of the bag filter.
