3. The traditional crack repair materials recommended in the maintenance technical specifications, including asphalt, emulsified asphalt, rubber asphalt and asphalt mastic, etc., have a wide range of materials and are easy to use, but the repair effect is generally poor, and it is generally no longer recommended as crack repair. material usage.
4. Heating sealant usually refers to rubber asphalt sealant, which is a commonly used crack repair material. High-grade asphalt concrete pavements at home and abroad generally use heated sealants for crack repair, and can also be used for joint filling of cement concrete pavements.
Before the asphalt pavement is repaired, the dust and debris in the cracks should be removed first, and the cracks should be heated with liquefied gas to improve its viscosity.
