First of all, the operator should be proficient in the structure and working principle of each part of the asphalt mixing plant. For stone measurement systems, it should be noted
(1) Keep each discharging door open and close flexibly and quickly;
(2) The discharge openings should be kept clear, and there should be no sediment, to ensure that the stones can flow down quickly and evenly during the measurement;
(3) All discharge doors should be closed in a timely manner and sealed well. There should be no material leakage at the end of single material measurement;
(4) The aggregate weighing hopper should be kept clean and free of foreign objects to avoid jamming. The aggregate weighing hopper must be in a fully suspended state at all times;
(5) Each aggregate load cell should have a balanced preload, consistent force, and sensitive sensing.
For powder measurement systems, the following points should be noted:
(1) Keep the powder conveying pipelines free from obstructions;
(2) The feeder or valve must be tightly sealed at the end of the measurement; powder cannot be leaked;
(3) Always remove dust and debris on the powder measuring hopper to keep it clean;
(4) The entire metering system must be well sealed to prevent the powder from being agglomerated by moisture.
(5) The powder should be completely discharged, and there must be no residual powder in the scale. The discharge door must be closed tightly. No powder should be leaked during measurement.
For asphalt metering systems:
(1) Before starting production, the pipeline must be sufficiently heated to ensure that the asphalt temperature in the system reaches the specified value;
(2) The asphalt spraying pipeline must be clean and unblocked, and the nozzle part must not be blocked, otherwise the spraying will be uneven and affect the mixing effect;
(3) The asphalt spraying pump or valve should be closed tightly to ensure that there is no dripping after the asphalt spraying is finished;
(4) The operation of the asphalt metering conversion valve must be accurate, timely, and well sealed, and the asphalt metering bucket must be firm and flexible.
