First of all, the gears of the pumps of different manufacturers are different, and the measurement error of the gears is too large. Then there is the emulsion as an aqueous solution, which has a small viscosity. Under pressure, the reflux is very severe; Some manufacturers of electric motors use electromagnetic speed control. They do not know the actual speed of the pump. Even if frequency conversion control skills are used, the problem of speed difference still exists. It can be seen from these aspects that the emulsified bitumen equipment using this metering method is the least reliable.
Use volume flow meter for measurement. Emulsion and bitumen separations are metered through a flow meter. This kind of measurement method requires cooperative automatic matching calculation software to achieve good effect.
Use mass flow meter for measurement. This metering method is more accurate in controlling the solid content of emulsified bitumen.
Temperature method. Using the principle of energy conservation, the specific heat capacity requirements of the materials are measured. The specific heat varies depending on the crude oil used in the bitumen and the refining process. For manufacturers, the specific heat capacity required before each production operation is not strong.
