1. After the cracks in the asphalt pavement occur, if all or most of the minor cracks can be healed in the high temperature season, no treatment is required. If it is in the high temperature season and it is determined that it is a minor crack that cannot be healed, it should be repaired in time to control the further expansion of the crack, prevent the early damage of the road surface, and improve the efficiency of road use. Also in the maintenance of asphalt pavement cracks, the process operation and specification requirements should be strictly controlled.
2. Oil filling repair method. In winter, clean the vertical and horizontal cracks, heat the crack walls with liquefied gas to a viscous state, and then spray asphalt or asphalt mortar (spray emulsified asphalt in low temperature and humid seasons) into the cracks, and then spread a layer evenly 2 ~ 5mm of dry and clean stone chips or coarse sand are used for protection, and finally the ore material is rolled with a light roller. If it is a small crack, it should be widened with a disc milling cutter in advance, and then treated according to the above method, and a small amount of asphalt with low consistency should be painted along the crack.
3. Repair cracked asphalt pavement. During construction, first chisel off the old traces of the cracks to form a V-shaped groove; then use an air compressor to blow off the loose parts and dust and other debris in and around the V-shaped groove, and then use a squeezing gun to mix evenly. The repair material is poured into the crack to make it full. After the repair material has solidified, it will be open to traffic in about a day. In addition, if serious cracks are caused due to insufficient strength of soil foundation or base or subgrade grouting, etc., the base should be cured first and then the surface layer should be remade.
4. The base layer of the pavement is intact, and the nursing method when only the surface layer has potholes. According to the principle of "round hole and square repair", draw the outline of the repair of the pit that is parallel or perpendicular to the center line of the road, and proceed according to the rectangle or square. The dust and loose parts of the wall are removed, and then a thin layer of bonded asphalt is sprayed on the clean bottom and wall of the groove, and then the prepared asphalt mixture is filled, and then rolled by a hand roller. On the asphalt mixture after paving. With this method, cracks, cracks, etc. will not occur.
5, hot patch repair. A hot repair and maintenance vehicle is used to heat the road at the pit and groove with the heating plate, loosen the heated and softened pavement layer, spray emulsified asphalt, add new asphalt mixture, then mix and pave, and compact and form with a road roller.
